According to ISO 2553, the number 135 is placed at the end of the reference line on a weld symbol indicate the process of MAG welding. 111 is the numerical value of the MMA welding process. The welding process stated as TIG has a numerical value of 141 The welding process stated as SAW has a numerical value of 121.

Other important welding process numerical values you should know according to ISO 2553 are listed below 15: plasma arc welding 72: electro slag welding 131: MIG welding 136: flux core arc welding 311: oxy – acetylene welding.
