The correct answer to this question isknee joints and elbow joints. Knee joints are what allow the lower leg to move in relation to the thigh. While doing so, it also supports the body's weight. Knee joints are one of the most important joints in the body and they are one of the strongest.

They are key to everyday activities such as walking, standing, and running. Elbow joints are what allow for the flexion and extension of the forearm in relation to the upper arm. It also is what allows the forearm and wrist to rotate. It is complex and is between the end of the humerus and the ends of the ulna in the forearm.
