If you would like to hide your LinkedIn contacts, you may do this. This is ideal if you do not want other people to see who you are connected to. You can also be private about the connections that you have.

Take note that you need to do this manually.

* Log in to your LinkedIn account.
* Go to settings.
* Move the cursor over the contact that you want to hide.
* You can also select the option wherein you can control who are the only people who will be able to view your connections.
* Once you have already selected all of the connections that you want to hide, you can click hide.

You can check how your profile looks like to other people. If you are already happy with how it looks like, then you have hidden your contacts successfully.

LinkedIn is a professional social media platform, where job seekers and job leaders are able to build connections with one another. These connections can lead to future jobs or future relationships with one another. However, there are times where a user of the platform may want to hide their connections.

It could be for privacy or personal reasons. To hide their connections, the user needs to log into their LinkedIn account and click settings. Then, hover over the person's name. Click More and then click Select who can see your connections. An option should appear for you to select Hide.

There are different reasons why people decide to hide their connections. To hide connections on LinkedIn, there few steps to follow. 1. The first thing to do is search for the thumbnail on the profile picture. 2. Drag the mouse over your profile picture to cause a drop-down menu to show. 3. Check the options in the drop-down menu and click on "manage." 4. After clicking on "manage," it will open a new page. On this page, you can easily select the "privacy" tab. 5. Under "profile privacy," click the option that says: " who can see your connections." 6. Click on "Your connections". This will also cause a drop-down menu to show. 7. Select the option that says: "Only you." By selecting "only you," your first-degree connections will not be able to see your full contact list. This means you have successfully hidden your connections.

You can hide your connections from the privacy and settings menu. Locate the thumbnail of your profile picture, which is found at the top right corner of the page. It is situated to the search bar's right, message icon, notification icon, and Grow my network icon. Put your mouse over the icon of your profile to release a drop-down menu. Select manage next to privacy and settings, and then select a privacy tab. It is located below the top banner, flanked by the account and communication tabs. Choose who can see your connections, which is the second option from the top of the list. Click on your connections and find the drop-down menu in this section. Your connections are the default option, and when selected, only your first-degree connections may view your contacts. Those with who you are not connected do not have access to this list. Choose only you. Selecting this option prevents your first-degree connections from viewing your full contact list.
