How to crimp rj-45?

One effective method by which you can crimp rj-45 is by using the crimping tool.

1. Strip the cable 25mm back from the end. Insert your cable into the stripper part of the tool, and then tightly squeeze it in such a way to create a clean cut.

2. There some wires of different colors that are inside the cable, straighten them out and untwist them to make them easy to sort.

3. The next thing is to arrange the wire in the right order. This is the order of arrangement from right to left: Brown, white/brown, green, white/blue, blue, white/green, orange, white/orange.

4. Cut your wires with the help of a crimping tool into an equal length of 13mm from the sheathing.

5. Obtain your rj-45 connector making the small metal pins to face up. Then fix in the wires in such a way that each fit into the small grooves located in the connector.

6. Get the connector stuck into the crimping section of the tool and then squeeze twice.

7. Disconnect the cable from the stool, after which you should ensure that all the pins are down.
