Some people may become confused about whether they should get fresh or frozen turkey. A fresh turkey is the type of turkey that has never been chilled. This can be easier to cook, especially if you would need to cook the turkey fast because you do not have to that the turkey anymore. The turkeys that are chilled at 0 Degrees Celsius are those that will be considered as frozen.

If the turkeys are not chilled at that temperature, they can be labeled differently. They may be marketed as “previously frozen.” This type of turkey is already being thawed so that you may be able to cook it faster when you get home. A frozen turkey will be able to last for a long time. As long as you would keep it in the freezer, it can be stored for up to two years.
