Trust is known to be set up privately. This can be set up for an individual to ensure that person will have the right amount of money if needed especially in the future. The trust can also be set up for a private purpose.

A person can set it up for himself if in case he feels that it is something that he would need in the future. The company, on the other hand, is something that can be used for business.

There are a lot of businesses that would need this because they would like to make sure that they will have some of the needed benefits that a corporation may need.
