Denim and cotton jeans are basically the major types of jeans, a style of trousers which is available for men and also for women. Jeans were initially and originally manufactured from denim, but they are now also available in some other fabrics as well.

Denim jeans actually share so many features and attribute with the cotton jeans since the denim is a by-product of cotton. Denim jeans are also usually dyed blue or indigo, while cotton jeans usually come in a variety of colors. Denim jeans are very much denser, and they also provide insulation in addition to being much harder to produce and wash.

Denim jeans are usually produced commercially. While cotton jeans, on the other hand, are so very much lighter, more breathable, and they are also easy to wash and make. Unlike the denim jeans counterpart, the Cotton jeans can be homemade and can also be produced commercially.
