Red bull and monster are usually classified as “energy drinks.” Basically, they are meant to provide people with more energy in order to do tasks. People usually have a preference regarding which one they want more.

Red Bull will contain B vitamins, sugar, taurine, and caffeine. Monster also contains these ingredients, but it will also include other ingredients that will increase energy levels. There are usually differences with the amount of the ingredients that are available.

For example, Red Bull contains more Vitamin B6 as compared to Monster, even though Monster is bigger in size. Red Bull does not contain as much caffeine as Monster, which means that Monster is stronger.
