There are so many things that should be put into consideration anytime you feel like buying a new car. Apart from going for cars with an aesthetic quality, there are so many qualities a right car should have. Two of those qualities are horsepower and torque. Both horsepower and torque can efficiently describe how good a car is. However, there are some differences between them. Horsepower is used to determine how efficiently a car engine works in terms of power creation. The kind of power output produced by a car engine can be used in assessing the horsepower of that engine.

The idea behind the use of strength is by equating the power output of a car with horses. Torque, on the other hand, is also a key factor that will tell how a car would accelerate. The force exerts on the ground by vehicles through their tires will determine how much the car would accelerate.
