Agent: Real estate agents rent, buy, or sell property on behalf of clients.

Broker: Brokers
Broker: Brokers negotiate, arrange, and oversee real estate transactions. They may also own/run brokerages.

Realtor: A Realtor is an agent or broker who has earned the NAR’s Realtor designation.
