Was Hilary a good Secretary of State?

Hilary was a good secretary of state for the most part. I believe that she did a lot of good for certain aspects of her career as secretary of state. However, with that being said, the email system became an issue as she was running her campaign in 2016. Her email problem came to light during her campaign, but the issues took place during her career as secretary of state.

It is hard to believe that she did not know that she could not send her job’s information through a personal email. It seems that this information is important and hackers and other countries could have access to it. She not only had a personal email that she used, but she also had the whole system in her basement.
