There is a slight difference in calorie count between white rice noodles and spaghetti, the nearest equivalent in pasta. Regular pasta has more nutrients than rice noodles, although both are low in fat and the fat there is tends to be unsaturated, which is healthy. Rice flour does not contain the gluten present in wheat flour, and therefore is definitely the healthier option for those with a gluten intolerance.
