Poor sanitation can trigger acute respiratory infections. Respiratory infections are one of the most extensive causes of death in the world, including adults and children. Studies show that better hygiene practices prevent the increased infections. Instances of diarrheal diseases and acute respiratory infections are linked to uncontrolled sanitation and hygiene and are the leading cause of death in children. Food sanitation is essential because it prevents the contamination of food.

One mistake in food sanitation could cause many people to become sick. It is necessary to wash your hands before handling food and at other times, such as after handling the equipment and going to the bathroom. Also, women who are concerned with preventing yeast infections should wipe from front to back because it reduces the risk of spreading bacteria from your anus to your vagina, which can cause yeast infections.
