If you’re able to consistently drink more than 10 cups of coffee a day, then I suspect you are not very sensitive to caffeine and you do not experience any of the short-term side effects. Otherwise you would simply choose to drink less. So, your main concern should be the potential long-term effects of consuming so much coffee.

These long-term effects include increased risks for developing high cholesterol, heart disease, and osteoporosis. Excessive coffee consumption in women may lead to breast cysts. I recommend you decrease your coffee consumption to about 4 cups a day, but be sure to do so gradually so that you don’t experience unpleasant withdrawal systems.
