Coffee and tea are both two different beverages that are popular to drink in the morning. The caffeine content of coffee has 80-185 mg per 8 oz cup, and tea has 15-70 mg of caffeine per cup. Coffee originated in Ethiopia and Yemen. Tea was popularized in China, the Indian state of Assam, and Northern Myanmar. Coffee and tea possess several health benefits that make it not only a pleasurable experience to drink but a formidable one. Coffee eases symptoms of Parkinson's disease.
