There are some people who are not sure how they would define the IP address. Each unique number will be connected to the system that will be associated with the network. You can even search for your public IP address if you go online. Just type in the IP address in any search engine site and the answer will be your very own IP address.

This is one of the things that are used by those who would like to trace people who are bashing them anonymously or those who are trying to spread malicious rumors about people. The IP address is vital so that you can receive the right data when you need it.

An IP Address is a unique number consisting of 4 parts separated by dots (eg: 217.247.84.89) asociated with every system connected to a network
