Kelsey Grammar says he forgives his sister's killer, but he doesn't deserve freedom. Grammar has blocked attempts by his sister's killer to get parole. Grammar knows that Freddie Glenn is remorseful for his crime, but this was a tragedy that changed Grammar's life. He became addicted to drugs because of it.

However, Kelsey also takes into consideration that his sister's killer was only eighteen when he murdered his sister. However, he cannot support the killer's release because it feels like it would be a betrayal of his sister's life. He has said, though, that he believes Freddie Glenn has changed.
