Service metrics are ways to track customer service in different businesses. It is also used to evaluate business performance. Here are 7 main customer service metrics. These basic metrics are set into place in order to execute exceptional customer support for clients who deserve the best services. They usually measure the end to end service in order to come up with how efficient a service delivery of a business is.

There are three basic types of customer service metrics which include the technology metrics, the process metrics and service metrics. The other two metrics which include the process and the technology metrics involve CSFs and KPIs as well as component and application metrics respectively.
