The multi-level service level agreement is a document stating the expected level off service between the service provider and the client that both agree upon. It is basically the expected level of service and serves to secure the expected services, preventing frauds. These contracts define the actual level of services that a client will receive in that deal.

The three levels of this service level agreement include the corporate level, customer level and the service level stated in the official document. All of these levels ensure that the proper channels are followed and there is certain security delivered to the different levels respectively.
