This is a very subjective question and I do not think it can be answered by simply giving examples of great male authors and female authors because they do not represent all men and women who write. If you take this question to mean are women as a collective more adept at writing than men, the answer would have to be no.
I would also say that men are not collectively better at writing than women. This is not something that can be said as a general statement because there are a wide variety of writing skills that men and women possess.
