Yes, North Korea really does have nuclear weapons although the exact number is not known. A US scientist who has visited North Korean nuclear facilities has estimated there are somewhere between 25-30 weapons. However a number closer to 60 has been revealed through a leaked intelligence report.

It is also widely believed that North Korea needs several more years of testing to be able to put the nuclear weapons in a warhead in order to be able to deliver them by an ICBM or intercontinental ballistic missile. It is also believed that North Korea’s missiles lack accuracy. But does it really matter if their missiles hit exactly what they are aiming at? No, it does not because the launch of any nuclear weapon would be cataclysmic.
