What type(s) of assessment would prove most valuable for a music major?

If you have ever gone to college, you have to take tests in every subject. You even have to take tests in subjects that you may think it is impossible to be assessed. For instance, you may wonder how do you assess artwork or a musical performance. However, all subjects can be assessed like physical education classes or other subjects.

However, there are certain ways you can be assessed including objective and performance assessments. Objective assessments would be similar to multiple choice tests where there is only one answer to the question. It is either right or wrong. A subjective test would be a performance assessment. There is not just one answer. If you are a music major, you would most likely be doing performance assessments.
