A question that might be asked by anyone writing either a project report or whatever kind of report is "where is the MLA header/page number located?" Another question that might probably pop up in your mind is that 'what is the full meaning of MLA?' MLA means modern language association. This is an association that is qualified and enabled to set standard rules or formats for the academic system or set of writing essays or research reports. Let's take a look at the summary of what the rules are about.

The first to be mentioned here is that margins between pages should be exactly one inch. The second one is that the paragraph should be double-spaced. Next one is that the author's name should be on the header and one-half inch distance from the top of each page. Then, there should be a page for work citation with the page cited at the front of the item. But for the MLA header or page number, it is located at the top right corner of the page.
