Project Charter allows for the project manager to be able to work on the project. These types of programs are something that are becoming more and more of the norm these days especially with ever so increasing innovations that are coming to the online and computer world.
Project Charter takes care of all of the minor things that come with a project and allows for the project manager to get their hands dirty and be able to see first hand and get an up close vision of what is going on in other parts of the project. The main task of Project Charter is to assign a project manager and given them their assigned duties.
