No, you cannot locate a device using the MAC address. The MAC address is the hardware address. If you have to, you can use it to find the IP address of your devices with the help of ARP tables, but that is it. If it is on your network, you can look up your device in network traffic or in the DHCPP logs.

However, the address will only point to the IP address the device is connected to rather than the actual location of the device. However, if you have signed in to Gmail or apple id on your device you can use them to locate your device and control its info from other computers.
