Making bread is a simple process if you make it with a bread machine.

Here it goes :

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (25g) vegetable oil or edible fat
  • 3 1/2 cups (397g) White Whole flour
  • 1/4 cup (85g) honey or 1/4 cup (78g) syrup
  • 1 1/4 cups (283g) lukewarm water
  • 1/4 cup (35g) sunflower, sesame or flax seeds, or a mixture, optional
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon vital gluten, optional; for a higher rise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

There are several different kinds of breads that you can make. To make an easier type of bread that does not need kneading, yeast or time to rise, you may want to make a quick bread. Basically, you will combine the ingredients of flour, milk, salt, baking powder and oil or eggs. Sometimes, you will also add sugar or fruit that make the bread sweet.

After you mix these ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer, then you want to grease the loaf pan with either oil or butter. Then pour the mixture into the loaf pan. You will need to bake the loaf in the over until it is done. When the bread is done, you can get it out of the oven to serve.
