The difference between hypoxic shock and ischemic shock is that hypoxic shock is an absolute lack of O2 delivery, and ischemic shock is not enough glucose or O2. Since they are not the same thing, they cannot be used interchangeably which makes A incorrect.

Answer choice B is incorrect because the definitions are backwards in this answer. Hypoxia is a very serious condition which can happen when one area or the entire body cannot get enough oxygen into the tissue. This usually happens when there is an issue with the lungs.
