False-see plrm5657you do not need to set an om hold when making a payment on the cancellation date or last day to pay, regardless of:*the type of payment*the time of day*whether the cancellation date of last day to pay is a business day, weekend, or holidayhowever, if a bankcard payment is made on the cut off date or the day after, and the customer wishes to avoid the generation of a two month bill, a courtesy om hold may be used to ensure the subsequent bill requests one month of premium. placing an om hold in this scenario will no longer be an exception and will count toward the two in 12 months.important note: om holds placed prior to april 5, 2013 were forgiven and do not count toward the two om holds in the 12 month rolling period.
