It's Storyboard.

A presentation is done in front of one person or in front of groups of people. Presentations can occur in any aspect of life. Examples including a student having to present a presentation in their history class or an employee presenting in front of their peers and managers.

The point of a presentation is to convey a message or a point to those groups of people. It is important that the presentation is planned out and that it has a steady flow to keep the group engaged. A storyboard is important in achieving this because it gives the presenter a chance to draw out how they plan to present their presentation.

Sometimes, you may have to do a presentation either for your job or for a club. This presentation is usually performed in front of a group of people. You want to make sure that this presentation looks good and serves its intended purpose. Instead, there may be issues. You don’t want for it to be disorganized.

So, you may want to use a certain type of organizational tool so that you will display the information in your presentation in an efficient manner. One way to do this is by using a storyboard. This is an organizer which shows pictures in a sequential format like a story or comic strip does. Then you can make sure that each piece of information in your presentation is told at the correct time.

Planning a multimedia presentation is often called storyboarding. It’s basically how you want your presentation to go, and is often done first thing before any programs are chosen or items are discussed for order. If you know you want to have a video involved in this presentation, you’re going to pick a software that will easily allow you to work a video within the presentation.

The storyboard is also where you will decide the order of things. If you need to have a specific video come before a song, then you can keep that order as you switch things around in your storyboard without having to mess everything up. It all comes down to the idea of how you want the presentation to play out.
