The best way for you to respond to the question “Why should I hire you?” when asked during the interview is to summarize all your accomplishments and use those said accomplishment to connect it with the needs of the company and the position you are applying for. Interviewers typically want to know if you are the correct fit for the job. So, when you are asked this question, try to sell yourself based on your experience, skills, and accomplishment. Never say anything negative about yourself unless you can turn that into a positive one.

Here’s an example: You should hire me because I am a hard-working person and whatever I lack in experience, I always make up with perseverance and dedication.
