Leonardo DiCaprio is 42 years old and will turn 43 this coming November. Born Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio on November 11, 1974 in Los Angeles, California, he began his professional acting career in 1989 when he starred in the television series entitled the New Lassie.
He then went on to star on several films such as Critters 3 in 1991, Poison Ivy in 1992, This Boy’s Life in 1993, and Total Eclipse in 1995 before he landed his first major break through the film Romeo + Juliet in 1996. In 1997, he garnered international success when he starred in James Cameron’s Titanic wherein he played Jack Dawson alongside Kate Winslet who starred as Rose DeWitt Bukater. He recently won his first Academy Award for Best Actor in 2016 for the film The Revenant.
