The term brolic is a word that is slang to mean muscular or built. To look muscular is a matter of opinion. A person may look built to some people, but not to others. However, a muscular person would have muscles showing. First, the average healthy man will probably eat about 2,000 calories to maintain the weight that they are. However, to lose weight, many diet plans push for fewer calories than that. This would be about 1200 to 1300 calories a day.

However, this would depend on the gender, height and size of the person. However, the person would need to do more than just lose weight in order to become muscular; they would have to work out and exercise by lifting weights.
