Taylor Swift is 27 and will turn 28 this coming December, Born Taylor Alison Swift on December 13, 1989 in Reading, Pennsylvania, she began her career in 2004 when she was just 14 years old as she signed with Sony/ATV Tree publishing house. She then went on to release songs such as T"eardrops on My Guitar", "Picture to burn", "Our Song", and "Should’ve Said No" from 2007 and 2008.
Perhaps the most controversial thing that happened in her career so far was when her music video entitled "You Belong with me" won the MTV Video Music Award for Best Female Video wherein she beat Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Pink. During her acceptance speech, Kanye West stormed on the stage and interrupted her by saying that “… Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.”
