In cooking, sage is a plant used to add aroma to a certain dish. There are quite a few recipes that call for sage, but it is truly not a requirement. Some people prefer to include it, while others don’t. However, for this purpose, here are some of the few recipes that you can use sage with: Parmesan sage pork chops, creamed onions and sage, butternut squash ravioli with sage butter sauce, omelette, roasted chicken with sage and lemon, lamb burger patties, gnocchi on sage butter, pumpkin ravioli on sage butter, and creamed onions and sage.

If you don’t want to put sage in your recipe, you can always opt this out. But if you want to have that certain hint of aroma, sage is one of the things you need to add to your dish.
