Before answering this question, it is worthy to note that paleo is an approach wherein a person eats whole and nutritious food because he or she thinks that for a person to be optimally healthy, he or she should eat whole and unprocessed foods that are healthier to his or her body.

Although we always seem to remember burritos, tacos, enchiladas, taquitos and salsa, to name a few when we think of Mexican food, there are still a lot of paleo Mexican meals you can try out and some of these are as follows: Mexican style ribs, stuffed avocados with cilantro cream sauce, Mexican cauliflower rice, one pot Mexican beef and vegetables, ancho Chile Mexican meatballs, ceviche, chicken fajitas, and fresh tomato salsa.
