Hungry Howie’s wings both look like they were fried as well as from their ingredients. Since oil and breading ingredients are mentioned in the ingredients, they are most likely fried in hot oil. The buffalo chicken wings are browned in oil which could mean that they are fried to an extent. To fry chicken, it is usually rolled in breadcrumbs or a flour mixture. Then it is place either in a deep fryer or in a skillet with grease.
They will be fried for a certain period of time with that food in the fryer until it is ready. Before the product is set in the fryer, it is probably dusted with seasoning like salt, garlic powder and sugar. The boneless wings and buffalo wings seem to be prepared in different ways.
