Ants find it very easy to invade a picnic and make your experience go bad. They also seem to find their way into people’s houses. They enjoy food and sugar, so they are often found in the kitchen or on the countertops. These critters are so small that they can find their way into a house using the smallest holes. Ants can be driven away by several natural herbs.
Growing these herbs in a garden will deter these ants, but these ants need to be deterred away from the house as well. These herbs that ants do not like include catnip and wormwood. Catnip is loved by cats, but it is hated by ants. Tansy is another herb that keeps ants away.
