There are many herbs that are known to be good for a person’s memory. Ingesting these herbs on a regular basis helps people remember things better. The most popular herbs for memory are probably the ginseng and ginkgo. The ginseng herb has been tested in animals to cause a reverse action to amnesia. Ginkgo allows for more blood circulation in the body. This will allow more blood to get to the brain which will help with memory.

Other herbs that have either been tested or acknowledged to help with memory are green tea, sage and rosemary. The chemicals in these herbs enhance memory in a person’s brain. Other herbs that are now as well known include huperzia, rhodiola, ashwagandha, and bacopa.
