There are a few fruits with a minimum amounts of vitamin K. The fruit that does not contain any vitamin K is banana. However, bananas are a found to be high in sugar or carbohydrates, vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin A.

The following fruits contain the least amount of vitamin K: One half of peach contains 1.7 mcg of vitamin K, one apple contains 3 mcg of vitamin K, one cup of strawberries contain an amount between 3.0 to 4.5 mcg of vitamin K, one cup of papaya contain 3.6 mcg of vitamin K, one cup of cantaloupe contains 4.0 mcg of vitamin K, a cup of honeydew contains 4.9 mcg of vitamin K and avocados contain 6.0 mcg of vitamin K.
