Certain foods and drinks are filed with the things that our bodies need more so than others. Our bodies need a healthy balance of the things that are the best for us. Eating a balanced diet full of foods that contain the things our bodies need is a move in the right direction. Leafy green vegetables like spinach and kale have many benefits as do certain fruits like pomegranates and acai berries.
If you eat meat at all leaner white meats are a step in the right direction. Another thing to consider is that our bodies thrive on water. We are made mostly of water and replenishing it in our systems is very beneficial.
