When you think of food and drinks that contain caffeine you will probably immediately think of some of the most obvious. Coffee, soft drinks, and chocolate are most likely the three that come to most people’s minds. It is true that all three of these things contain caffeine but there are other foods as well that you might not immediately think of. Some frozen treats and dairy products like coffee flavored ice cream or chocolate milk contain caffeine as well.
There are even some foods you might not have suspected that are caffeine fortified and marketed as high energy foods. These foods include sunflower seeds, nuts, frozen waffles, beef jerky, jelly beans, marshmallows, and gummy bears.
