There are a number of ways to make chocolates. It depends on which form you gonna start making chocolates. If it's from dark chocolate form, you will just use a double boilers method. But if you are gonna do from raw cocoa nuts, you will need Chocolate processing machines or a food processor. This way will get nice, smooth, and buttery chocolate like a pro.

Chocolate is a difficult process to make unless you buy certain ingredients and not making chocolate from scratch. First, chocolate comes from cocoa or cacao beans. These beans grow on farms and they must be picked. The beans come in a pod. Each pod must be opened and the beans should be grounded with a pestle and mortar.

Then the chocolate is in an unsweetened powder. At this point, the chocolate would not taste that great. The sugar, butter, and vanilla should be added. Over heat, the ingredients will be mixed and heated until the candy comes to a certain temperature depending upon what is being made. Then the mixture should be poured into molds. After a while, the chocolate will harden.
