All repair garages are required to have their very own sprinkler system because there is always a possibility that something will go wrong. The sprinkler system can ensure that in case of fire, the fire will not spread to the rest of the portions of the property.

This may be one of the things that will be checked by inspectors to see just how safe the area is with the rest of the requirements. It does not matter whether the repair garage will be placed on the second floor, in the basement, or in an area that is more than 12,000 square feet. What matters is that the sprinklers will be installed properly and correctly.
