Is the following true or false?

When the Incoterm is Exworks, the buyer’s nominated freight forwarder must arrange for the loading of the goods into the truck at the factory.  In practice, the seller assists in this task.

False, if the used incoterm is Exworks, the only responsibility of the seller is the availability of the goods that includes the marking, labeling, packing of the goods.
