I think this question means to ask what divides the left side of the heart from the right side of the heart, since nothing can separate the left side from the left side. You could say that the left side has two parts also separated, but for this question, we’ll stick with left from right.

However, it is the septum that separates the left side from the right side of the heart. So the correct answer would be A. The septum are little walls within the heart to keep the blood flowing in the right direction. After all, if it could move any which way it pleased, we wouldn’t have the wonderful system we have within us to keep our blood from getting stuck.
