Tell them they have been unsuccessful but we would like to keep their application on file-each school spends money on attracting candidates to apply for jobs and often they receive several applications that are of a high standard for only one vacancy. if schools could share these extra candidates, each school should at one time or another make a saving by recruiting one of them, with no extra advertising costs. you can achieve this easily through the use of the eteach regional talent pools. the regional talent pool community should involve groups of schools in an area conversing and working together to share great candidates, saving on vital recruitment spending.
