Paint always seems like a permanent solution to a wall. The paint may chip away, but it won’t completely remove if you pour water on it. However, there are solutions to removing paint especially on certain surfaces. However, it depends on both the type of alcohol used as well as the paint that was used. Latex paint can be removed from rubbing alcohol. There is s system to removing the paint.
First, you need to spray the rubbing alcohol all over the painted wall. Let it sit covered overnight so that it can soak in. You don’t want to leave the wall exposed to the air because the alcohol would simply evaporate into the air. Then wash the wall with water.
