Spiked Seltzer is an alcoholic drink made from all natural ingredients and purified water. The alcohol in Spiked Seltzer is unique to the brand because of the way it is brewed. The fermentation of the citrus essence and sugar produces that alcohol for the drink at 6 percent.
The mixture of the fermented citrus and sugar is clear without the heavy feeling of beer or the sweet taste of wine. The brewing process was created by one of the founders of the company, Nick Shields, and is unique to Spiked Seltzer. Spiked Seltzer is either consumed on its own or is used as a base to created mixed drinks.
