Ben and Jerry’s is an ice cream company that is mostly known for making ice cream. They also make frozen yogurt and sorbet. It was founded in 1978 by Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield. Its headquarters are located in Vermont. Many people know about Ben and Jerry’s and their ice cream can be found in many grocery stores.

They usually have unusual names of ice cream. In an effort to go green, another company purchased them in 2000. This company is known as Unilever. Most of the ice cream is still made in Vermont where their factory is. Ben and Jerry’s ice cream can be found in many countries around the world. Some of the flavors include Chunky Monkey and Cherry Garcia.
