The actual answer to this question is never specifically mentioned. Most people believe Artemis Fowl’s IQ ranges somewhere between 200 to 225, but Eoin Colfer never specifically comes out and says “this is Artemis Fowl’s IQ”. However, the reasons behind people believing him to have such a high IQ are rather interesting. The average person’s IQ is around 100, give or take a couple points depending on time of life, what test they take, etc.
For Artemis Fowl to do everything he does in the series (which won’t be listed here, because spoilers), it sounds as if he’d need a pretty darn high IQ to do it all. However, until Colfer confirms this himself, we will never really know what the IQ of Artemis Fowl is.
